KVRC is a small club - but we are mighty when it comes to team representation! That's how we want it to be.
We want everyone who would like to be part of a team to get in touch. The teams are open to all who want to give it a go, there is a level to suit you! We would love to you be involved, please contact our team managers, Ollie Gerrish, Leah Dickinson and Holly Guley on - [email protected] As always, you will need to familiarise yourself with the current BRC rules regarding eligibility for teams - they don't provide members with a hardcopy of the handbook, but you can google it. Please read the entry criteria carefully, to make sure you qualify for the level you want to compete at and make sure your flu vacs are up to date. Entry Requirements
When we enter an Area Qualifier event there are two sets of entries, the Prelim entries are to be paid directly to the BRC and then the club entries that are paid to whoever is organising the competition. We aim to make costs as affordable as possible to our members; all entry fees charged to you are subsidised by the club. KVRC is responsible for the whole cost of the entry fees should part/all of the team no longer want to take part.

- Your horse's passport and vaccinations must be correct and up to date.
- Once you have committed to the team manager, you must make sure your entry is with them by the close of the prelim entries. You'll be told when that is.
- If you cancel after the close of entries, you'll need to find a replacement or you will lose your entry fee.
- All team riders are expected to volunteer at an event at some point in the year. The only reason these events run is due to the volunteers who take the time to help, it doesn't have to be all day!
- Anybody who enters into a Team qualifier must be prepared to travel to the Championships on the date they occur. Please check the Championship dates on the BRC Area 9 website.
